Great getaway spot

Perfect spot for a family Vegas experience, if you want to be close to the strip (10 min drive) but not in the middle of the chaos. Clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms/bathrooms were clean and the kids loved the pool.

Everything You Need

This was a great house in a convenient location. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The pool and patio was amazing. We spent more time hanging out there then we ever thought we would. We had a group of nine adults and everyone was satisfied with the stay. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Easy access and excellent communications

The house was great. There was lots of room, great bedrooms and bathrooms, gathering spaces, and kitchen. The setting was great and the backyard very relaxing on the patio and around the pool. The owners were very courteous and proactive with communications and information! We walked to some nearby (1/2 mile) restaurants, and we took Uber everywhere else - seriously, only a 10-minute drive to everything! Great house and amenities! We would stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our trip to Vegas. The 5 bedrooms were great so each of our 4 kids (ages 12-20) could have their own room. Kitchen was spacious and had all the pans, dishes, utensils and spices to easily cook some of our own meals. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the pool was awesome. Easy drive to the strip, close to the airport and in a nice neighborhood. Would recommend for your stay in Vegas!

Great house for larger groups!

We had a group of 10 girls and this house was perfect! Plenty of beds and space for us to feel like we were not all on top of each other. About 15 minutes away from the airport and 20-30 minutes to the strip depending on traffic. The backyard is where we spent most of our time!!

Las Vegas Vacation

The house was a perfect location for anyone who wants to be close but far enough away from the Las Vegas strip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to drive around in if you have a vehicle. The pool was very nice! We noticed some debris that had gotten into the pool and Danny immediately sent his pool guy over and cleaned it up. We would definitely stay at this property again whenever in Vegas.

Great place for families

We rented this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with our out of town family. We were 7 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The dining room table seated 8, and we had plenty of room for all of the food that we prepared in the large kitchen. The house was very clean and neat when we arrived, with all the amenities that we needed. The driveway can easily fit three cars, and the house is located in a nice residential neighborhood. The open concept of the house was great, and made for lots of room for everyone. The outdoor patio in the backyard was great for morning coffee and the grill was easy to use. The property manager was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our text messages. We highly recommend this property!

Great location; great neighborhood

We were likely not the typical Vegas renters with our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 2, but this house definitely met all of our needs and expectations. My only caution for those with young children is the multi-level layout of the home which requires extra attention to the young ones. But, as I know, we are likely not the typical renters in Vegas! Otherwise, this rental was perfect! The neighborhood felt very much like a neighborhood....it was quiet, the homes were decorated for the holidays and we had no concerns for safety. This house has lots of space and the bedrooms were on another level than the main living spaces which is nice for those going to bed earlier than others. The outdoor space is so inviting and we were fortunate to be able to enjoy lunch on the patio twice during our December stay. Although we did not use the pool, it would have been such a great benefit during the summer months. The house is well stocked with glassware and dishes and other cooking utensils. The use of the garage and the additional refrigerator in the garage was most welcome. And finally, I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the owner to our communication with her. She responded quickly and was so accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our annual friend retreat

Highly recommend! Once we arrived, the house was perfect for our needs - a bunch of adults getting together to hang out and play board games for a long weekend. We barely left the house all weekend and made great use of the pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard table - they include a guide to the house which walks you through using most appliances and recommended nearby restaurants, etc., which was much appreciated. As a low-key and responsible group, this was a perfect residence for us, but it's apparent that the homeowner has been burned by partiers in the past, resulting in many pre-visit communications sent in ominous all-caps messages and threats of extra fees if certain actions are taken or anything is damaged. Read the listing carefully - they are serious about one towel per person in the reservation (if you have long hair, etc, bring your own!) and note that you need to bring your own pool towels or risk being assessed a $25-35 fee per towel. There were no dish towels provided although there were hand towels available in the bathrooms. The tenor of the communication greatly shifted as we neared our visit and both check-in and stay were both fabulous. Check-out was similarly easy with no onerous cleaning requirements. I really only call out the pre-visit communications because it did cause me extra stress in the lead-up to our stay, as an anxious and conscientious renter, even though I could logically understand that I was not the target audience of that kind of warning.
