Great place for a getaway with friends

Jason was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. The property is great, we had a lot of fun hanging out there in the day, then going to the strip later. Not too far, good location.

Awesome getaway

My friends and family and I stayed there for a few days to go hang out with each other and spend some time in Las Vegas. We had a blast house was very nice, very pleasant.

Magical home

We stayed at this home for only two nights but we enjoyed every minute of it. The property was so clean and perfect. The entrance/court yard is just amazing, the views to the strip were breathtaking. The property is very big, has plenty of space outside for small family gatherings. We would 100% recommend this property and we will sure be coming back! Thanks so much to the cleaning team for their hard work, the house was spotless, and to the owners/managers for their excellent communication and assistance when we needed them.

Phenomenal Vegas Stay!

A group of 12 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was not far from the strip, had a stunning view of the strip (beautiful to see at night when it was lit up), a clean and spacious pool, an outdoor activity area, and more! There was plenty of seating both inside and outside, and room for all guests to either sit together or break off into smaller groups. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and kind! I HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Christmas Stay

My family stayed at this property for Christmas. It is a beautiful property. The pictures and listing was spot on. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. It was close to the strip and to Red Rock. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time together in Vegas.

Great Experience!!!!

We stayed at this beautiful home during Super Bowl weekend. It was a perfect location to enjoy the strip and all Vegas has to offer without being in the middle of the busy attractions. The house is perfect for family and friends with all of the available entertainment and sleeping quarters. The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely concerned about the guests having a great time and their needs being met. The view and grounds are beautiful!!!! I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Place

Went with 8 other guys for a Vegas trip. The house has everything you want when you are away from the action. Chill bar games, a basketball court, a relaxing pool, and a great view at night. Really nice spot. Very attentive owners also. If you have a large group, this would be a great place for your trip.

March Madness guys trip! Perfect spot!

This place is perfect! Close enough to the strip, Freemont Street and all the other action of Vegas but far enough removed to not feel stuck. Our trip was for seven friends for the first weekend of March Madness and this place was perfect! Pool, hot tub, outdoor living space, plenty of TV’s for all the games and an awesome game room. We also loved the local sports bar that is right up the block. Owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

Great Experience

Jason and Misti accommodated my stay for a work gathering on my birthday weekend so we had around 20-30 guests, the house was clean and easy to navigate, if I had any questions they gave me an emergency contact. They were very kind and easy from start to finish. Thank you again!

Great Vegas Weekend

A bunch of us stayed at this property because we were in town for a soccer tournament. It was a beautiful house. We loved the gameroom. Played lots of pool and poker. The kitchen was huge and perfect for hanging around. We spent time in the jacuzzi as well. It was a great weekend. Thanks!

Del-Zio Family Christmas

Our second daughter is a chef at high end restaurant in Vegas and has to work through Christmas. We did not want to miss her for Christmas so we went to her in Vegas. She lives a few minutes from the property we stayed at and all of my 4 children were together with my mother and father, my sister and her husband. The property was perfect. Everyone had a nice bed and the kitchen was perfect for our Christmas Eve meal. The house was spacious and the yard was great to just hang out in. We had a wonderful time and created a great memory that was made perfect in such a nice setting. Just minutes from the strip and hiking we had plenty to do. I would recommend this place for anyone with a large family and would like to do Vegas in luxury. The owners were extremely responsive and could not have had a better trip. Thank you!

More than expected...

The house was exceptional! The game room was used often, and the kitchen supported every need. The pool was great and we had plenty of fun on the basketball court. The privacy of the property is fantastic - previous houses in Las Vegas had direct and close neighbors with noise concerns (from us on them). This house has no direct neighbor - reducing the noise concern (recommend viewing from Google Earth). The most unexpected joy was the view of Las Vegas at night. It is definitely better in person than on a picture. Thanks to Jason and Mitsi! We look forward to next year!

This place is amazing!!!! We stayed in July when it’s pretty hot. The house was super cool never felt warm inside. They have ceiling fans in every room. The pool was never hot, it was a perfect temperature for being so warm outside. I think these might be the most comfortable beds and bedding I have ever slept in. I actually looked at the brand of bedding so I could buy them for home. The backyard is the absolute best. I have 2 kids and we went from the pool to pickleball to soccer and back to the pool all weekend. I brought my parents who are older and it was perfect for them. They actually said this was there best trip ever to Vegas. That was because of the this house!!!!

Group trip, Great house!

This house was ideal for our needs. We are a group of 8 friends all over 40. We went to Vegas to live it up for a week and this property was exactly what we needed. It is just a short ride to either "old" or "new" Vegas, yet it is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac away from all the noise and hustle of the strip. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room and the pool was a great spot in the Vegas heat. Do yourself a favor and drive the Red Rock Canyon loop just 15 minutes from the house. That was a fun little 1hr side-trip to see some cool mountain scenery. When we had a minor challenge with the house, or a question, Jason got back to us immediately. Ideal home, Ideal hosts, we will be back as soon as we are able.

Perfect for our larger group

We had a group of 10 stay here a few nights and the location and amenities of the place were as advertised. Very easy to get to and from the strip and had plenty to do on the property as well.
