The rooms were dated but it was clean. Glad I got 2 queens even though it’s just me, the one bed was broken and needed replacing. Location is very good and convenient. Very easy online and kiosk checkin.

The room was spacious. Property very clean. I also loved our regular cocktail waitress we had at our blackjack game. Her name was kiesha. she worked the night shift She was so nice and came back asap with drinks at the casino. Atmosphere good. Casino is a great size. The smash burger was one of our favs. Decently priced and delicious. Would recommend.

It was an older room but it was clean definitely need to upgrade every single room I would prefer hanging the tv on the wall instead of having it front of the windows sitting on top of a tv stand just cus it blocks the view of the strip at night but it was nice my kids enjoyed it it was chill not noisy at all staff were friendly I would recommend this place n

I like the room very much, the view was great, and the room was clean. It needs some remodeling, but generally is ok. The location also is great. I didn’t use the facilities as I was extremely busy. The main disadvantage of this hotel is the communication system. During my stay, I have tried to call the front desk and the house keeping three times in 3 days. All failed, it always sent me to a waiting music. I felt if i really need help, there is no way to connect the stuff.

It was a smooth transaction overall. No real problems to report, and I would definitely use them again. The early check-in fee was only $10, which I appreciated. My room was one of the older ones, and it did show, but it was clean, and it was priced accordingly. The upgrade to a newer room would have been $30. Overall, including the resort fee I paid about $108 for a Sunday night.

Rio was a great place to stay. The price was decent, the rooms were clean, the casino was fun. Housekeeping brought me extra towels on request. Valet parking was nice. The lounge area by the masquerade tower was awesome. Only two things that I can complain about. One, the food options are not great, two, the elevators took forever. At one time there was only 1 elevator that was working and it took 20 minutes to get on. I was on the 19th floor so the stairs were not ideal. Other than that it was good. I would stay again.
