We looked at various properties (and stayed at another nice property the day before due to proximity of a concert @ TMobile Arena), but this one had everything. Location - easy (walkway) distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio; room/view: excellent! The views are simply incredible & the suite (should say proper 1 bedroom) was incredibly spacious with all the amenities of home (full size fridge) with full 5 star amenities (we ordered the breakfast in room - it was very good). This simply is a hidden gem in Vegas! We cannot more highly recommend.

Lovely suite - we had housekeeping bring dishes and hosted a get together for family. We all met in Vegas for my husbands birthday. Beautiful room.

I appreciated the location- easy access to the cosmo, bellagio, and the strip. But i was thankful for having complimentary valet because having to park at the Aria and take a tram to the Vdara was a lot (learned after 1 time). The Penthouse condo was well appointed and had a fantastic view. Trash was slow to get picked up though and the elevator buttons in the left side of most (?) elevators weren't working. Overall good stay, but outside of being in a penthouse room, not much draw.

Great property and location
Have stayed at Vdara in the past and this time was no different. Love the view where you can watch the Bellagio fountain show from the comforts of your room (day or night), and even tune into the music from your in-room TV. I also love the fact that it included valet parking given this is an owner unit. Would absolutely come back!

What an AMAZING room!!
I'm so happy I found this place! I will try to get this same room EVERY time I go to Vegas from here on out! Clean, spacious, amazingly beautiful view! The Vdara is a fantastic property and I LOVE all the good good and shopping that is close by. Highly recommend!

Great location, great views. I like the Vdara overall. This suite could use an upgrade, furnishings look kind of tired and need renewing, especially mattress. Very dark living room. Two lamps did not work, leaving only a desk lamp. Had to leave the kitchen and dining area lights on to see.

Million Dollar View!
Wow - photos do not do this rental justice. The view is beyond stellar! The bed, electric blinds, bathroom, and location are awesome as well. Highly recommend. Will rent again.

I loved that there was no casino (available directly across the turnabout) and it was non smoking. Everything was clean and kept well. Very large windows In the living room and bedroom with views of the Bellagio fountain. The bathroom was very nice, with lots of space and a tub. Not much in the way of dining but did enjoy having a Starbucks in the lobby. I would suggest to mobile order as the line gets long. I would definitely stay here again.

As advertised…
The penthouse was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Amazing views of the Bellagio fountains and Vegas. Two teens on the foldout couch and separate bedroom for the adults. Easy check-in and check-out and no funny business with fees. Free parking was great and valet was always quick. We’ll definitely book again.

Priceless Experience
5 stars across the board. The room on the top level looking at Bellagio fountains and just the view was breathtaking. Cannot beat the location period. The kitchen was great convenience to cook breakfast without worrying about ordering, waiting, tipping! Money and time saved for sure. There is also a keurig. Key tip: bring foods, snacks, and KCups for the Keurig. Owner extremely nice and great conversation about the property. Will be here again absolutely. The only issue I had was getting there since the entrances are very quick and all together Vdara and Aria: just confused. But 5star experience.

Clean. Beautiful view. Very responsive owner. Great location. Minus one star for kitchen supplies (not the owners fault) this is common to all rooms at the Vdara- literally no kitchen supplies- you have call and request all items, such as a cup! A spoon! Also the gym doesn’t open until 8am- and closes at 5, which is silly. Otherwise this room is perfection

Amazing stay!
Easy checkin and checkout especially compared to other hotels on the strip. Walked right up to the counter and got into the room early. Great location. The unit was an unbelievable great deal for everything you get. The top level penthouse was as advertised and more with views for days! Favorite part was the Bellagio fountain view. You can even tune into the channel on the TV to hear the music. Can't wait to stay here again when in Vegas!

This space is everything you’d expect from the pics and description. Be sure to request kitchen items when checking in. They bring limited things but having a dishwasher makes it doable. The second half bathroom wasn’t expected and a nice bonus. The room was very quiet.

Great communication with owner. We have stayed at Vdara many times over the years and this was the first time through VRBO. The unit was very clean, but is in dire need of a refresh. Cabinets and carpet are really worn down. The price is a little higher for this unit because it is on the top floor. Tremendous view! The dryer was very slow.

Great property, Amazing View
We booked this property for my birthday, specifically for the view. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The property is larger than most hotel rooms. It was so amazing to come back from a Vegas experience to the quiet view of the Vegas strip skyline and the Bellagio fountains. Everybody at the property was super friendly and Vdara is a super clean space. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing views! My only complaint would be no paper towels in the kitchen. But that was easily remedied by a trip to nearby CVS. The fire alarm battery went out, so the maintenance department changed the battery and gave us a $30 voucher to use at the bar or market. Location was EXCELLENT! Overall 99/100

Best View On The Strip!
We rented this property for our honeymoon and it was spectacular! The views are unparalleled and absolutely breathtaking. The washer and dryer were a plus (bring your own laundry detergent & dryer sheets) and having an entire penthouse was so nice. We went to Whole Foods at Townsquare and got snacks and light meals, which was great. Ample room in giant fridge for wine and champagne. Plus: fridge has filtered water. Additionally, you get all the hotel amenities. A suggestion: don't forget your corkscrew/bottle opener. We had professional photography while on our trip. My make up artist said ours was the best strip view she had ever seen and she lives in Vegas and has been doing events forever. Laura was awesome at communication and helping to get a flexible plan together for our event. Early check in and skipping the line was convenient and allowed us to get right up to the pool. The only drawback? Not sure we can stay anywhere else in Vegas ever again as this place is the most exceptional oasis on the strip. Enjoy your stay :)

We recently booked this property for a week for 3 adults. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Vegas previously but this location is unbeatable in comparison. 1. First off Laura is a fantastic host who was very accommodating to our queries, always prompt to respond and offered plenty of helpful tips for our stay. 2. The place is spotless with modern facilities. Spacious rooms, big bathroom and fridge & freezer. The Vdara has no casino so very notiable fresh smell as no smoking. Also complementary parking is included. 3. The view from the room is amazing and the photos don't do it justice. The view from 56th floor is stunning with a great view of Bellagio fountains. Perfect or an early morning breakfast in the room looking out or latenight chilling looking at the bright lights. 4. The Vdara offers quick access to the strip with a short walk either through the Bellagio or through the Aria. 5. All the staff in the Vdara were super friendly and helpful.. If you are thinking of booking this location just do it as you won't regret it!!
