Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, one double & one twin, a living room, a modern bathroom and laundry room with adjoining secure bike/surfboard store.​

Sunny View Lodge offers tasteful interiors, blending country chic with more modern elements, with a brand new 100MB ultrafast internet connection!

Outside you'll find the terrace, complete with BBQ & seating, the courtyard & raised lawn areas, as well the front garden with panoramic views across surrounding farmland with Bodmin Moor on the horizon.

The master bedroom, Moor View, offers views looking towards Bodmin Moor. It has a memory foam topped double bed complete with Egyptian Cotton bedding, plush cushions & cosy throw. It also includes a Samsung 32" Full HD TV, wardrobe & chest of drawers which provide plenty of storage, spare linen & Egyptian Cotton towels, a full-length mirror & charming carver chair.

The second bedroom, Garden View, offers views of the rear garden, including the terrace, raised lawn & courtyard. It has two memory foam topped single beds with Egyptian bedding, plush cushions & cosy throw. It also includes a wardrobe & chest of drawers which provide plenty of storage, spare linen & Egyptian Cotton towels and a full-length mirror. Garden View is great for sleeping two - kids will love sleepovers in this room!

A fully equipped country Kitchen with dining area with seating for four. It comes complete with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking trays & dishes and utensils to cook with, as well as enough cutlery, crockery & glassware to serve it!

The Boot Room comes complete with washer-dryer, space for ironing, as well as 1.5 bowl sink, and of course room for all your footwear.

A secure indoor storage space, perfect for storing bikes & surfboards, with outdoor tap to clean wetsuits before storing them on the on the pegs provided!
