Awesome location! Short walk to the train station for the Top of Europe adventure. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was too notch. Staff was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Courteous welcoming staff. Our room was not occupied the previous night, the reception allowed us to check in immediately well before check in time. Great breakfast. Pretty view from top floor room. Lauterbrunnen is a charming village, great walks right from the village.

Staff was very helpful and friendly; my single room was clean with a great view of the falls; water pressure in the shower was great! Breakfast was simple and filling. The only minor complaint I would have is the creaking floors and hearing everyone else’s floors creak but I had ear plugs so it didn’t affect me as much as it could have if I didn’t have them. It’s a small town as it is, but the location is great and not far from the train station.

Nice Hotel in the Heart of Lauterbrunnen

Hotel is perfectly located on Lauterbrunnen main street next to bus stop and railway station. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Excellent breakfast and restaurant is also very good with excellent menu and nice roadside patio seating. Reception hours are limited and sometimes hard to find someone to assist but staff were always helpful.

Amazing location and an even better price. I had a single room and it was very small, but it was clean, everything worked and I had an incredible view out my window. The other reviews that mention flies at breakfast aren't wrong, but this is a dairy region. There are flies all over. It isn't a disaster, but if this is going to wreck your trip maybe stay in Interlaken.

Close to everything! Convenient to the Falls, WENGEN, GRINDELWALD, MT. SCHILTHORN etc. Friendly, helpful staff especially Linda. Very good breakfast and coffee ! Room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed. Would come back and stay here again !

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, which makes it a good choice if you want easy access to the surroundings. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel could use some improvement. My room had a humid smell, so I often had to keep the window open, but that made the room quite cold. The breakfast was unfortunately below average, and given that it’s a 2-star hotel, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the price felt quite high—likely because of the location. If you are booking mainly for the location, this place serves the purpose well. But if you are particular about hotel comfort and amenities, you may want to consider another option or even stay in Wengen.
