“总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。”

“1) Location was good, just 8 mins walking distance from Main Station 2) Hotel Room was clean, but no towel and hair dryer in the room 3) When checked-in, the staff offered an upgraded room (with supplement includes breakfasts), he provided the 2 keys for us, let us to see and compare the original room and the upgraded room. He asked us to compare those room. The upgraded room with a balcony as well. Finally, we keep the original room.”

“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”
