“Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?”

“We had a wonderful one-night stay at Chalet Heritage. The chalet is beautifully designed, very clean, and the views are absolutely stunning. Everything was well prepared for our arrival and the spa area was a fantastic bonus after a day exploring the region. The location is perfect for visiting Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was very smooth. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time!”

“We had really good communication from the owners, with swift replies to any questions. The property is well presented throughout, with Thun just a couple of minutes away all the amenities with it. The real highlight though is the incredible views that just make this place an absolute must, we could not of enjoyed our stay more.”
