「Got in the elevator, pressed my floor, nothing happened, continued to press my floor and no response. Had to use the open button to get out. Had to use two different sets of stairs to get to the 7th floor. Room was nice but layout did not make sense, tv did not pull out to face the bed it could only be moved a bit to one side. Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, just wasn't a fan of those two things having a small fear of elevators in the first place」

「My reservation was not as i booked months ago (jan 2026) - staff member did make it right but made me feel like i was not welcome. The bed looked like it was slept in. Would not stay here again due to the customer service. But the location was convenient to access and close to major grocery store. 」

「One of the female front desk staff was short and made me feel very embarrassed.i think she was if Eastern European decent . Possibly Ukrainian . She processed the wrong credit card for payment without asking me and it was denied. Which I knew it would be because I only have a $500 limit on that card for the purpose of being wrongly charged. It was only to hold the room. Her entire face and attitude changed like I was some kind of criminal. I gave her another card I actually wanted it on for...

「Room was exceptional and so clean. Loved the Aesop touches. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but not included in price of room stay. Amenities amazing but lacked a communal shower in spa area near steam room and sauna which isn’t great for hygiene. The speakeasy bar is a great touch! Delicious and well made cocktails. 」

「Wishing for the hotel to contact me about a couple of issues with the room, including cleanliness and poor sleep due to blinds that do not work, and street lights right outside the window. Also no one to contact when there is a problem unless between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. Not thrilled with our stay here.」
