“We loved this home! The pool was perfect after a day of hiking, and there were some great hikes in Saint Gervais as well!”

“Super hotel, walking distance to main area of Flaine, hotel is clean and staff super helpful”

“I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition. Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash. The apartment also lacked basic……

“We absolutely loved and enjoyed our three nights here! We were doing TMB and had one rest day in Courmayeur, then the next day we hiked past Bonatti to ARP Nouvaz 29 bus, shuttled back to Maison La Saxe for one more night. It was super easy! The breakfast here is so fun, each morning we were warmly greeted and our place setting was waiting for us. We even got to celebrate their 10 year anniversary celebration of Maison La Saxe with them! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be treated……

“It was a fantastic house with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect!”

“The property has a special beauty. The narrow drive to get there was a bit stressful but manageable with the rental cars we had for the summer stay. We enjoyed the pool every day, wishing it were a bit warmer. We came to hike and found hikes of all difficulities within easy walking or driving distances. Our 10 family members enjoyed the privacy of the many modern bathrooms. The main living/dining area served our gatherings well and featured great views of the surrounding mountains.”

“Amazing views from the balcony. Lovely and clean, loved being able to open all doors to outside and enjoy the scenery. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good bathrooms and comfy beds. Well located for the village and handy bus stop for free shuttle bus at the end of the road. Had a great week.”
