「Good service 」

「We enjoyed our two night stay. We traveled with our pet Westie dog.The property had a large pet area which was nice. The breakfast variety was fantastic. Could not ask for any better. The only thing that confused me was where to hang our clothes in our room. Upon checkout I ask. It was located behind the curtains. Ohh!!」

「Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. 」

「We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

「We stayed for the evening because we needed a place to sleep for an early sporting event. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was very rundown. The paint was peeling on most of the walls, there were gaps in the wall around the old light fixture. The bathroom fixtures were clean though.」
