“Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. It doesn't break the bank, but provides a clean, inviting……

“The main lobby and gym were both clean and functional. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating and a snack area, and the gym has a good amount of well maintained equipment. However, the pool was not clean during either day of our stay and had a strange white film on the surface. We did see people going into it but when we went back to check if it had been cleaned it looked the same. We stayed on the third floor, where there were several recently repaired water spots from a leaking above.……

“The description does not match the actual property. I had a major issue in the room. The front desk agent was very helpful. He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”……
