"The staff are very friendly and professional, the location is great, the room was clean and they have everything you need. The only issue that prevented me from giving them 5 stars is the condition of the room. It looks a bit old, but overall I love this hotel. "

"Check in took about 30 minutes due to staff unable to find my reservation. The stay description included gym access. However the gym area was completely closed and not accessible. I requested towels to be sent to the room they arrived 25 minutes later, therefore, the service was wasn’t that great. "
