“I was not expecting much from this hotel. This is not somewhere I would normally stay however it was so much better then expected. The room was clean. You can tell an upgrade was done. The beds were comfortable and shower was clean and hot water was acceptable. The front desk lady was super kind and helpful. I stayed with my three kids for a concert and it was the perfect location. “The carpet throughout hotel was filthy. I walked around in my room with white socks and within a few minutes the bottoms of my socks turned black from the dirty carpet. Our room had an awful moldy smell. Our room ac unit leaked a large smount of water on our room's carpet We woke up to a saturated wet carpet which we had to walk on. We informed staff and they said they would place fan on carpet to dry, but they did not offer us a new room until i i insisted we be move to new room. I do not……

“This bed and breakfast is beautiful. The downstairs sitting rooms are inviting. The bedrooms are spacious with well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast is made fresh! Angie does a wonderful job taking care of her guests. We have been going to Walton Manor for a number of years and hope to continue being a guest!”
