“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views……

“It was a good location and the inside was very nice. The only thing, although small, is every unit had a screen in the window except ours which I would have loved to open the window. Also, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was not labeled so I had no idea which was which. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time.”
