"The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful. Even the staff on the door as we waited for our car, I would always comeback again and again. Thank you all again so much! "

"The room was lovely. Very well designed and comfortable. Only issue was the room was not very warm upon arrival. Other than that it met all expectations, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Also would have been good to have a few toiletries, ( disposable toothbrush, hairbrush/comb etc). "

"We were over the moon to get a room on the top floor, the view from our bedroom window was amazing! The bed was super comfy. The TV didn't work and the floors/under the bed and high surfaces weren't clean (some dust) but the rest of the room was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying. "
