“Very clean and nicely presented”

“Beautiful cottage in an amazing setting - ideal for people who don’t want to use their cars once there! Communication with Skykes Cottages was very process heavy tho - we received so many useless emails before the booking, then during the trip there was so many different people to talk to for every problem. They took time to help. They don’t reply to WhatsApp for Hours tho they say to contact you there. Some improvements needed there to make it seamless please 🙏”

“The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren ”

The attention to detail is second to none throughout the whole property. The place is sparkling and spotless. Absolute pleasure to spend time there, relax and unwind. “Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station ”

“Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.”
