“"Good property, well connected with metro stations nearby. However, toilet paper was very limited, there were no cloths in the kitchen, and the only one available when we arrived was very dirty. There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things."”

“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“Property was clean. We arrived at 3pm. Toom was lovely but AC broken in the room, in a corner room. Room was sat at 29°C when first arrived and only lowered to 25°C once we returned at 11pm. Reported to 3 separate people at desk, one told me someone one would come up, nobody did. Was then told it was the mains and it would be fixed while we were out. It wasn't. Came back down to be told it was just our floor, which next door were getting someone to help fix theirs. We didn't bother to……

“Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving……

“The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“Poor ventilation, so smelly esp from toilet. Poor drainage, floor inside toilet is flooded after bathing at night, & so it's slippery until next morning. Dusty over rack fir ha hanging clothing ”
