「Had a nice experience 」

「We went for a relaxing spa. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, one of the hottest days so far, was told they would check and in the meantime there was a fan in the cupboard. No fan, but a heater!! Phoned reception again to let them know and then said they would come back to me. Went to reception and we changed rooms which was a much better room anyway. We used the pool facilities which were nice enough but unfortunately there were 2 children in particular who screamed...

「- Room not that clean, baby found loads of hairs and things. - post-booking I got loads of repetitive spam messages to check in online days before arrival. - Facilities have restricted use, e.g. no children at pool 10am-6pm! The only reason we stayed there was so the wife can rest at the pool with the baby. - Restaurant food was pub quality but Michelin price. - "Entry" to breakfast ends at 9:30 not 10 as advertised. "Entry" to pool area ends 8pm when advertised hours are until 9pm, staff tey...

「Such a gorgeous property!!! We stayed there for 3 nights and hardly left. We ate at all the restaurants, including High Tea. We had such an amazing time. We will be back!」
