"After a bit of a rocky start, we had a enjoyable stay. The condo is beautiful and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay. Crisp clean new sheets of good quality. Table and two chairs in the room created a very nice sitting area plus a comfortable desk chair. Only bad part is that because of the way the fridge and microwave are situated, you cannot see the TV from the sitting area. The TV, by the way, is very nice sized, modern but has no cable TV just free channels. No freezer in the fridge and very limited counter space in the bathroom."

"Lovely get-away location. Very comfortable and well-appointed. This was our third springtime visit, and we always leave smiling. It is so good to be in Glen Arbor in the quiet time before the summer crush arrives, and the peacefulness of the setting, both inside and outside the condo, makes the world right."

"Well I didnt want to leave a bad review but since the owner dosent want to make it right this is what happened. When we got there we had no hot water and had to wait til the next day for someone to come out and fix it. When we went to turn on the lights 50% of the light bulbs were out. Went to turn on the tv and batteries were corroded . They did drop off batteries and bulbs the next day. All the dishes were filthy and we couldnt get the dishwasher to work until the 3rd day. They were not concerned. Apparently there was a guide book for the place but it was no where to be found. I said I couldnt find it, I got no response about that. Went to put the fireplace on that didnt work and apparently it is a non working fireplace, so don't list the fireplace as an ammenity. Who wants to go to the mountains and not cozy up to a fireplace?? They threw chairs in front of it as if to deter from using it. I could go on about the condition of the place but I will end with the sidewalk not being shoveled and sevral of my guests falling because of it. I reached out several times for compensation and have gotten no response. Hopefully these issues will be resolved before anyone else stays there."
