「Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Both nights we were there, the person staying above our room took a shower around 4 a.m. We could hear the pipes loudly banging against each other inside the wall directly behind our heads, which woke us up. There were also ants in the room and no refrigerator. 「Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. 「This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful.
