"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. However, they insisted I leave the room before they could clean, so I had to sit with my luggage in the sun for over half an hour."

"The hotel location is good. It is close to metro and Pike Place Market. Lobby staff were nice and helpful.
However, the room was older than we expected from photos... the shower water flow was weak. The phone didn't work well when we tried calling the desk. They provided minimum supplies. You need to ask the desk for tooth brush and kettle. We didn't expect there is no slippers available, which is very unfriendly for asian visitors like us."
