"While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era."

"The staff was exceptional in providing me a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the Seattle skyline. I was there for my daughter’s kidney transplant surgery at Virginia Mason hospital so I very much appreciated the peacefulness the view provided. The room was clean, water was nice and hot for showers, the view was rejuvenating, and most of all the staff, including the Rho cafe, where friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant. "

"We stay at the Inn whenever we have appointments at Virginia Mason Hospital. Very convenient, friendly staff, clean but old with character. There are a variety of cafes and eateries within walking distance. "
