"Did not live up to the pictures that you presented although the bed was clean in the bathroom was clean"

"Great beach ,beautiful water and white sand spacious beach.Hotel is really beat up ,understaffed,shorthanded,needs upgrades asap.Overall you get what you paid for ,definitely worth to visit!"

"The property itself could use some TLC, the grounds had trash laying around. We stayed just to be convenient to the airport and it served that purpose and I’d probably do it again however, I would not vacation at this property. "

"property is a little far from everything. We had ants in our room. The bar and restaurants were nice. They had different theme nights and the staff was friendly especially the bartenders. the water was rougher on the this side of the island compared to simpson bay. overall not a bad place to stay for the money. "The Resort is beautiful and expensive but we enjoyed it regardless. Maybe, offering lower room rate would offset the expensive cost on food. We took the Fairy to Cinnamon Bay, it’s was spectacular. Thank you "

"We read some pretty bad reviews. I have no idea what they were talking about. We loved the staff, the food was great, the bartenders went out of their way to give you a fun and engaging experience. We met amazing people. The location was secluded and wonderful. Clean and functional. If we needed something all we had to do was ask. Would 10/10 recommend. "
