"Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location, right across & walking distance from all landmarks. Lovely breakfast. Negative points: The hotel does not have a concierge to help with the baggage to the room. We travelled with a 6 month old with a lot of luggage so it was inconvenient. During check in, the manager was very kind and helped us with the bags. During checkout, the different manager on duty said we have to manage the bags by ourselves, which was unpleasant."
