"King suite by the lagoon was excellent. Private poolside lounger and access from the room. Very responsive and friendly customer service through whatsapp. Resort amenities are excellent including restaurants. Also nice beachside walking path"
Legian Beach Hotel

"This hotel is located on the Legian beach front within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and the Beachwalk shopping area is only a short 20 min walk. The rooms are large and well maintained. We stayed in the block to the right of the entrance which offered traditional hotel rooms though there are cottages and bungalows throughout the property which are situated within the grounds. Breakfast was lovely with a very big selection of food on offer and coffee (if ordered) was good. We had a meal at the Teppanyaki restaurant which was fantastic and well worth trying. There are 2 pools. One for families which is the bigger of the 2 and an adults pool which has a small swim up bar. The grounds are well looked after with lots of trees and grassed areas so it still has the traditional Bali resort feeling. Would definitely stay again."

"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall"
