Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice day. This house was close to the beach and close to many restaurants but far enough away that the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an amazing stay at this house. It looked like it was brand new inside. Very clean top to bottom. Beautiful and spacious with a great bonus room in the back that our kids loved to hang out and play in. Everything inside felt bright and calming. Quick walk into town and a short trip in the car to the beach (very doable on a bike too). Highly recommend!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, pretty well stocked in the kitchen. Recently renovated, looks nice, everything in working order. About 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in town. Parking was an issue, realtors stated 2 off street parking spots but the driveway is shared and you cannot park there. Small space to park behind the house if you have a very small car and don’t mind moving all of their patio furniture and grill off of the driveway space. VERY minimal street parking. Overall enjoyed our stay despite not receiving correct information on parking conditions. Would have strongly preferred window covering on the two sets of exterior doors.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated, but wasn't very clean when we showed up even though the cleaners had been through (lots of dust bunnies in the corners and debris on the kitchen floor, sand on the counters and in the bathrooms, cobwebs on the doorways, sand and lint on the couch, etc). This is the second time we've rented a home with Berkshire that didn't seem adequately cleaned when we arrived.Also, the ceiling downstairs didn't have any insulation from the upstairs, so you could hear every noise, footstep, toilet flush, shower being taken, washing machine sound while downstairs, which wasn't ideal. Beds were comfortable.

Reasonable price and cozy stay

Private parking area, well-lit inside with skylights, all the necessary bedrooms and bathrooms and appliances, beautiful upgrades and love the outdoor shower and open floor plan on the first level!

Very nice house in Lewes, DE

The house was lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable. House was spacious and nicely remodeled. Nice open concept 1st floor. Nice screened in porch. An outside shower would keep sand from getting in...just a suggestion. Floors were a bit dusty and Needed a thorough vacuuming of due to lint from rugs, etc.
