L'appartement est propre et très bien situé. Il est fonctionnel.Il faut aimer les escaliers, notamment ceux de Lille qui sont très pentus.Un double vitrage serait nécessaire afin de passer un bon moment en hiver notamment lorsque le propriétaire demande à limiter la température de chauffage sous couvert des directives gouvernementales et des économies d'énergie.

Peu de reproche si ce n'est un équipement sommaire ( Manque 2ème couverture sets de table dessous de plat, verrou wc). Le logement est propre calme fonctionnel, bien entretenu et bien placé.
