What was once The Sea Gypsy Motel is now all privately owned condominiums. We completely remodeled this 3rd floor oceanfront condo . Living on the top floor (3rd) means nobody is walking on your ceiling and you have an unobstructed million dollar view of the Oregon beach and Pacific Ocean (sorry, no elevators).. We have done a complete tear down remodel and replaced everything from ceiling to floor (and even the walls). The kitchen has new cabinets, new stainless appliances and granite counter-tops. 2 night minimum in low and mid season - 3 nights in high season.. There is now a series of washers and dryers onsite. They only accept credit or debit cards.

Condo rental amenities
We have an 60" LCD Hi Definition TV mounted above the Fireplace, and a 42" one in the bedroom. New high end Livingroom furniture.
The condo has HDTV Cable, two HD DVD PLAYERS and has WI-FI for your laptop computer, tablets and smart phones.
Our condo has been completely remodeled with all solid surface floors, so there's no dirty carpet worries.
Sit in the comfort of our luxurious condo and watch the whales and sea lions. Enjoy Oregon's epic storms, and amazing sunsets.
The master bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic queen bed, a 42 inch HDTV and a HD DVD Player. It also has a private full bathroom.
There is additional sleeping in the front room for up to two additional people. There is a beautiful (hide-a-bed) Queen Size wall bed in the living area that has a 10” memory foam mattress. We love to sleep there to be closer to the ocean!
KITCHEN
The kitchen has beautiful slab granite countertops, stainless appliances - with full size refrigerator, smooth top range and microwave oven. There is also a toaster oven, coffee pot and a blender and both kinds of coffee makers.
Bathrooms:
Two beautiful full baths with granite counter tops - both with tub/shower combinations and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers.
Bring your laptop computer! - This unit has secured WI/FI so that you can stay in touch.

We stayed three nights. The weather was mild. It sprinkled, and was windy – perfect beach weather. The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Love the decorations. The view was incredible, and the fireplace!

In order to get there we had to but chains. It too six hours instead two due to the heavy snow Oregon received, but it was worth it. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The view was amazing. We spent plenty of time staring out the windows.

We stayed for three days and I have to say this was the most relaxing time I have ever had at the beach, despite coming down with a cold the day we got there.
The weather was awesome, from hail and snow all day Monday.

The building has a very strict pet policy and fines us for anyone breaking the rule.
Check in time is 4:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 am. No exceptions without authorization.
