The Loft is a private, upstairs apartment ideal for any outdoor enthusiast, remote worker, or even simply getting out of your current home and going somewhere new to hang out and lounge. Everything has been updated in this almost 1000 square foot space and all appliances and fixtures are brand new but I kept some of the rustic charm and relics. The furniture is also new including a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Full pullout futon in the Living Room area. This space is kid friendly with games, toys, coloring and books but please keep the fire escape gated off. Both sets of stairs and railings have been brought up to code.
