Perfectly located apartment on the island and with a great view of the harbour from the sun terrace on the roof! Well furnished and equipped with anything you could need. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful yet busy holiday break!

Fabulous 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Lindau on shire of Lake Constance.

We chose Lindau for a weeks downtime between a walking and then bike tour. If you like the outdoors this a lovely area to spend time and Michael & Susannes 3rd floor apartment provides everything you need. We were able to catch up with the laundry and prepare a couple of homemade meals. The apartment comes with access to a lovely rooftop space up 2 flights of stairs from the apartment. There is hardly any traffic noise and only minimal noise at night from restaurants in the lane below. Above all Michael was extremely helpful in providing excellent tips on things to do in Lindau and beyond.

Location Location Location

2 adults spent 4 amazing nights at the inselgluck. You cannot beat the location- so close to everything and it really felt like we we living like the locals. Michael & Sussane have thought of everything. Kitchen has everything you need and we enjoyed evenings on the rooftop with a glass of wine. There is so much to do nearby - the book in the apartment gives great suggestions. We loved the scenic bike ride around Lindau, pfander, trip to Zeppelin & Meersburg. There are also plenty of museums and beautiful buildings all around. This is a hidden gem! The apartment is on the 3rd floor with stairs (no elevator) so some may not be able to manage them. Communication and directions from Michael were great. Thanks again for sharing your paradise.

A Great Break on the Island

We had a great time on Lindau Insel and Michael and Susanne's apartment is an ideal base. The flat is extremely well appointed with everything (and more) that you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen which is packed with crockery, cutlery and utensils plus washer and dishwasher. Newly refrubished bathroom and nice living room with CD, DVD and TV. Bedroom also good. The roof terrace is a great place to sit with a drink and look at the views. Michael and Susanne could not have been more helpful with directions and tips on things to do. We explored Lindau, Bregenz and Friedrichshafen. We also discovered the Furst weinerei at Nonnenhorn, which has some lovely wines. Lindau Insel itself was a joy and sitting with a cold beer in one of the bars on the harbour or a coffee from Hensler on Markplatz were great ways to pass the time. We will hopefully return at some point. Roger Adey

Lage!Lage!Lage!

Sehr liebevoll im maritimen Stil gestaltete, geräumige FeWo. Perfekte Ausstattung incl. Bademäntel, Waschmaschine und wirklich allem, was man braucht. Mittendrin und doch ganz ruhig. Da nimmt man die dritte Etage ohne Aufzug gern in Kauf. Ich komme gern wieder.

Kleine Auszeit

Ich durfte ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende im "Inselglück" verbringen und habe mich einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt so toll, dass man direkt im Geschehen ist und in zwei Schritten am See ;) Ich war zur Zeit der Lindauer Hafenweihnacht dort und hatte den Christkindlmarkt quasi vor der Haustüre, was sehr praktisch war. Alles hat prima geklappt, von der Anreise übers Parken und auch bei checkout war es toll organisiert. Die Wohnug war sehr nett und einladend hergerichtet bei meiner Ankunft, so dass ich mich sofort "daheim" gefühlt habe. Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen, vielen Dank an Michael und Susanne!!!

Tolle Lage. Mittendrin

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Kleiner Nachteil: 3. Stock und Dachterasse noch 2 Stockwerke höher. Parkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar (Telefon) und hilfsbereit.

komfortabel und liebevoll

Wir waren 10 Tage vom 17.06.2024 hier in der Wohnung in Lindau. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Preis und Leistung passten überein. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, was sehr schön ist. Es ist aber auch zu beachten, dass dadurch ein hoher Geräuschpegel herscht, was gerade in der warmen Jahreszeit, wo man gern mal die Fenster in der Nacht öffnet, sehr störend ist. Wir empfanden das Bad als sehr klein. Leider befindet sich die Dachterrasse, nicht eine, sondern 2 Etagen über der Ferienwohnung. Es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass sich über der FeWo noch eine Mietwohnung befindet. Obwohl es sehr umständlich war, haben wir dennoch einige Male dort gefrühstückt und den Ausblick genossen. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn es jedoch mal länger regnen sollte, könnte die Couch im Wohnzimmer für einen gemütlichen Abend etwas größer sein. Alles in Allem haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit am Bodensee verbringen können. Sylvia und Wolfgang

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der tollen Wohnung, sehr zentral und ruhig. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt konnten wir am letzten Abend auch noch genießen. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Vielen Dank!

Beste Lage in Lindau

Schöne kleine Wohnung im Herzen der Insel Lindau. Alles sehr sauber und nett, guter Kontakt zu Beginn mit Vermieter, Autoparkplatz öffentlich mit Parkkarte der Wohnung etwa 10 min zu Fuss. Wir hätten uns ein grösseres Sofa gewünscht, da wir wegen dem schlechten Wetter viel drinnen waren….in der Dusche vielleicht einen wassersparenden Duschkopf, der mehr Druck hat, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Wohnen mitten drin sehr genossen!

Auszeit auf der Insel

Nun zum zweiten Mal schon hier und diesmal für länger. Habe den Augenthalt in der Wohnung Inselglück sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zu Michael und Susanne so lieb und gastfreundlich. Die Inselweihnacht ein Highlight. Sofort wieder!
