"One of the best hotel that makes you feel welcome and provide with friendly services. Especially, it is very comfortable bedding which was important to have some good rest. Their Chinese restaurant also has excellent food with a very reasonable price. It even tasted better than some overrated restaurants. We will definitely come back again."

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...

"Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. Breakfast is simple but you can have everything you want - salad, bread, cheese, ham, milk, soymilk, coffee.... you name it. Highly recommended!!"

"Though the room is not perfect in condition, after 7 days of staying in the hotel, I found that its location is close to everything in the town, and the area is quiet. Still the most warm thing the hotel had done for me was the free drive from the hotel to the bus transfer terminal during raining. "
