「What we liked: location is good, across the road from a Metro station. Very efficient use of space. Lots of places to hang clothes and keep them, well lit. The only real negative was that when we askednfor a restaurant recommendation our first night they gave us one place. Nit was pretty bad, and we noticed that they told evey new guest about this place. Someone is getting paid under the table and it reflects badly on the hotel. Everything else was really good.」

「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...

「stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. 」

「We don't find the glass partition of the bathroom comfortable. Not only it is transparent, but also water can easily spill outside the bath area making the floor of the room and bathroom wet. In addition the room is not bright enough though all the lights are on. 」

「Great location in a safe area and central to restaurants, shops and local transportation. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice free breakfast from 7:30-10:30. My room was super clean and I had an amazing view of the city/water. There was construction across the street that was a little noisy at night but obviously that’s not the hotels fault. The elevator was hit or miss with weather it worked or not. Overall I would recommend. 」
