THE SPACE
This tiny little home super power is location. It is located in the very centre of Lisbon in walking distance to the main attractions and the vivid nightlife of Bairro Alto.
Many times, great locations come at a cost. In this case, the cost is area. With as little as 15 m2, this home is a small place. But it is also the cutest small yellow house inside an authentic traditional Portuguese neighbourhood.
To help you enjoy this place as much as possible, we prepare it to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Linens and towels 100% cotton and made in Portugal are provided free of cost. The kitchen is equipped with the basic condiments to prepare a nice meal without having to buy the whole package of pepper or olive oil.
In any case, if there is anything missing from the apartment, you can contact us and you will receive help immediately.
OTHER DETAILS
There is no parking available on the street of the loft, but it is surrounded by excellent public transport options and in the city center, where you can visit various points of the city on foot!
There are steep stairs to access the bed area, please take this into account. The loft is effectively small, it will be better suited for short stays. The bathroom has no shower guard and is small, we also call attention to that detail.
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent (for instance: Kw spent multiplied by the cost per Kw, approximately 0.23€/Kw).
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1 am: 50€
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
