房間浴室很整潔很乾淨，床很舒適，唯一房間燈光稍暗，走廊省電所以一打開房門或電梯門燈一般都是關掉的，要走幾步燈才會感應亮起來。

This hotel is in a great location for getting around to all the attractions and areas of Lisbon. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were provided. The only thing I was unhappy with is the strong perfumed scent that was always present in the lobby area. Very difficult for people with scent sensitivities.

Overall, this is a great hotel. The location is perfect to explore Lisbon. Close to downtown but not in downtown. Also, very close to Avenida da Liberdade.

Embora as instalações sejam boas para o padrão que vendem, uma coisa me chamou muito a atenção me incomodando profundamente. Um hotel 4 estrelas em que você não tem autonomia para escolher a temperatura que deseja no teu quarto, simplesmente porque não disponibilizam, como é inverno o ar so esta acessivel para a temperatura quente, e quando fui reclamar, me ofereceram um ventilador, oi??? Hotel 4 estrelas, e eu tenho que dormir com ventilador?? Outra coisa chamou a atenção, toalhas de banho rasgadas e as camareiras, simplesmente nao recolhiam todo lixo. Ou seja, escolhi um hotel com padrão elevado para ter problemas de um estabelecimento sem qualquer categoria. DECEPCIONANTE

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is getting a bit tired and needs some general maintenance. Pillows definitely need replacing. Parking on the street is difficult and in the hotel is 25 euros a night.

Good things first: clean, convenient location close to Marquis de Pompedal Square, and very affordable (for a 4*). Negatives? The room lacks proper lighting (if you need to work at night while there, you are toasted). The TV was not working, and had to be reset (thing was fixed by a second staff member after an initial failed attempt). And I myself found the breakfast too plain.
