「Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. 」

「Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

「We had a wonderful stay, what a unique place with all conveniences catered for. We spent an evening at the fire pit toasting marshmallows (included in the fire pit package price). The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Truly Kentish Holiday Lets. 」

「This is a well presented property, which was clean and in a great location for central Canterbury. 」

「Nick and America are wonderful hosts. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We loved our stay there and cannot wait to go back.」

「The location was unbeatable. Maximum 3 minutes walk to the beach, even with the kods dragging their feet. We were lucky to find parking on a street 2 minutes away based on information received from the host and we only went back to the car after checkout, literally everything (beach, harbour, castle, town....) was an easy walk from the apartment. We would be happy to viait again.」

"The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly with the hospitality service. Their breakfast or dining area seems lovely although I took it outside instead as there’s so much to do and eat outside the hotel as well. I would loved to stay here once again if I come round for a visit once again. "
