Perfect For Families

The house is perfect for a family. Plenty of space and it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The host responds quickly to questions. The check in process was smooth. If I need a place in the Frisco area again, I will rebook.

Great experience

The property is beautiful and was the perfect home to house our adult family members for a weekend wedding! The pictures don't do this property justice. The home exceeded our expectations and the host was very helpful and attentive.

We had such a wonderful experience at this home! The house was huge, spotless, and perfect for our family of 10. It had everything we needed and more. Having the piano was such a special touch! It was actually the main draw for me since our kids play, and it made the house feel even more like home. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and this beautiful home made the occasion even more memorable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather, and the host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this home to any family looking for comfort, space, and those thoughtful details that make a stay unforgettable.

Rough start but great ending

The property was really very clean for the exception of the kitchen table, all the bedding and bathing areas were extremely clean. The house is really very nice and looks fairly new construction. The start was rough because the battery in the key pad was bad and we could not get in until someone came to let us in, not ideal. They compensated for our troubles, so OK. Overall it was a good experience and when we return to the area we will be looking to see if this home is available.

Great stay in Little Elm

The town of Little Elm is cute and has everything you could need. The house is HUGE, definitely bigger than I expected even from the photos. It's close to numerous restaurants and parks for the kiddos, and the grocery store is 5 minutes away. There was a strong odor that I communicated with the owner about which will be addressed (likely a cleaning agent). Be forewarned that the house is very open so you can hear A LOT from the wind blowing to someone talking downstairs or walking upstairs. A few of the neighbors out walking one night were a bit rude about the kids playing with a ball in the front yard at 8pm, but nothing too drastic. It seems they know it's a rental property and don't like it. Overall, I'd stay again.

Our children had a wonderful time during our stay. My oldesr daughter loved the beds so much she said she didn't want to leave The home was very clean had all the basics that we needed. We had no issues at all and the property manager was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a huge house that can accommodate several. The kitchen is not setup to accommodate feeding more than four people. With several bedrooms, this house is ready for a large crowd but needs more than a four place setting of flatware. Don’t let this little hiccup prevent you from renting this home. It is AWESOME, BEAUTIFUL, and PERFECT for a family gathering. Close to everything!! We will stay there again.
