渥太華小意大利酒店住宿推介

「Stayed for about 3 weeks. Great location, comfortable suites. House keeping lady Ingrid was super nice and considerate. She did great job.」

「I stayed here with my family over the Thanksgiving long weekend, and although it was very busy, staff were always super attentive and kind. They have underground parking for a small daily fee with in-and-out access, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly very good and had lots of variety for the kids. The DIY waffles were a hit! We also loved the pool. It was never too busy and both the deck and pool were very clean. Overall, the property was clean and very well...

「Goodnand friendly, outside was cold. Let me check in earlier!! Nice.」

「It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline...

「Staff were welcoming and helpful with any questions. Double queen bed room was very roomy. Enjoyed the vibe at the bar in the evening.」
