"Very quick check in. All staff were great. Surprisingly quiet considering its by a busy road. Had a problem with window in the room but issue sorted immediately. Great pub to stay at. Breakfast was really good."

The staff friendly and polite and the location of the hotel is spot on, a few minutes walk from the pier and close to all local shops and restaurents. "Lovely property, clean, well maintained room. Within 10 mins walk of town centre pubs/bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Tramway stop for Great Orme and seafront. Similar time to the west shore the other way. Friendly owner and staff, would definately recommend for short stays in Llandudno"
