I thought the property was fantastic and a great location, the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back, just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out

The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus.

I stayed for a short break during the week to discover some of the highlights of Liverpool. 16 Queen Avenue is a great location. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, and the Albert Docks and Liverpool One are just a ten minute walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious and we felt safe and secure.

Lovely property and very spacious. Comfortable beds . The only two issues were I asked that the heating be on before we arrived ( but it was not ) so the place took a couple of hours to warm up and the apartment was locked ( check in said it would be unlocked ) so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone came with a key. However, The Queen Suite is really nice and we would definitely stay again

There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment.

While it is listed as luxury, far from it, there for just under 2 wks, 7 coat hangers for 2 bedrooms, had to email to get a broom, trash bags, but they were quick. Again Happy Days does not know how to stock a kitchen, no serving spoons, spatula, bottle, can or wine opener, or mixing bowls or spoons. Nice selection of knives and glasses. A large frying pan, grater, double boiler, no lid and a small cover sauce pan, and measuring cup. Sofa was in an awkward position so only on person could sit to watch tv and we had to use the single duvet to cover the wood braces that were coming through. Location was everything, easy train access, shopping and close to Liverpool One.
