Guests will have exclusive use of the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay, including:

The private bathroom with a shower-over-bath.
The private balcony, offering a tranquil space to enjoy fresh air and city views.
Please note that the main entrance to the building is shared with other residents, but the apartment itself is entirely private and solely for your use.

We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption

CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained.

Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
