Summary:
Recently furnished in Aug 2022 - this comfortable 1 bedroom apartment is located 2 minutes from Liverpool One, the Waterfront and in the heart of The Ropewalks. There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from!
Ideal for shopping, tourists or guests looking for a cosy space when here for work. The apartment building is quiet, but you're still right in the heart of the city - the location could not be better!
The Space:
** Keys collected 5 minutes from the apartment **
A well appointed, modern and clean - 1 bedroom apartment (sofa bed in lounge area to sleep 4) located right in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
You have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, cosy dining space, double sofa & modern bathroom.
The apartment building is quiet with secure access to residents only, communal seating in the central courtyard & lift access.
The apartment is ideal for those looking for a base to explore the city without all the noise of being in the thick of it.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.
Please note that external construction works are currently in progress at Ropewalks Apartment. These are set to be completed by the end of the May 2024.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a residential building with quiet, respectful neighbours. So we ask out of courtesy that our guests are the same.
Getting Around:
The apartment is so central that everything in the city centre is within walking distance! If guests wish to venture further afield then the transport links are excellent nearby. There is Lime Street Station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station nearby.

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 8 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
