Nice furnished apartment, it did state there were 3 beds, but only 2 were beds. The other was a sofa that converted into a bed.. If we would of known that prior to booking then we probably would of looked elsewhere. Apart from that, amazing apartment, beautiful views from all windows in the property.

Good and bright apartment.

The apartment was very clean and bright with a great view. My only comments would be that the instructions need to be better at the beginning to get to the main door. It was slightly difficult to get into the apartment at first as the lock didn’t work too well, there was also no light bulb in the living room lamp plus there was no lamps in the bedrooms. Very minor details and a good stay overall.

Nice apartment, has potential.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a good location. However, it felt like work was still in progress, boxes were felt in the hall and a sofa bed randomly place there. Lovely view from the apartment, situated on the dock side so nice and quiet too. Would have like the spend time on the balcony but tiles were not lay well and some were unstable. Has great potential, would stay again!

Good place, could be so much better

Really nice place however, is constantly missing the basics like an ironing board, i have to go and buy toilet paper as there was 1 roll for 2 bathrooms!! an old broken bed frame in the hall way. simple things that would make it 4/5 star rather than 3. The bedding seems very old and feels a little dirty and you have no choice but to wake up when the sun rises are the blinds are wafer thin. Sat outside the building waiting for 30 mins for access information which i had to chase up, this should just be sent in the morning of the day of your arrival to put guests at ease. Its the simple things

Spot on for groups.

Spot on for a group. We stayed for one night for the darts as a group of four and this was ideal. Fantastic location, easy to find and good service to get in. One very minor criticism would be that we wanted to pay on arrival by cash but this was not an option - the card used to book the trip was charged instead. Not a biggie, but worth knowing.

Excellent location!

In a fantastic location on Princes dock 2 minutes walk from the pier head and next door to the Liver building. Great view from balcony two large cruise ships berthed opposite .apartment very dirty dust under beds and sofa .bed sheet that thin you could see mattress. No mattress protector. Only 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel between 4 people.couldnt book in til 1600 then had to wait outside til 1630.while been cleaned.it says 1430 check in on hotels.com.balcony furniture completely rusted recliners ripped and stained.stayed in L3 apartments before 100 times better.not value for money.had too park in pay and display .cost us £25.over the 2days.

Fabulous apartment, location great however i thought the bed situation was a bit misleading as said 2 doubles and two singles so you would expect 3 bedrooms. This should be clearer when booking as stay was for one night only and not worth getting camp beds out of cupboard. I ended up sleeping on sofa as i booked accommodation.
