「Bonito departamento muy bien ubicado.」

「This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!」

「Our stay was nice. Check in was easy. Kitchenware was enough. Connection with the manager was easy. Salma was very helpful. Thanks.」

「The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho」

「I can sum up my review in two words, stay away. The entire facility looks rundown and ragged. Our apartment had many things broken, missing, or inoperative. Overhead LED lights not working, faucets loose on the sink, bottom rack of the dishwasher missing, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, just to name a few. The bathroom was decent except there were no amenities such as toiletries and no shelf in the shower to store them. Again, the apartment had the look and feel of neglect. The...

「Worst host I ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and shame on Hotels.com for giving him a platform. Didn't end up staying at the property. Host kept asking for a deposit to be paid outside of hotels.com, but wouldn't provide bank details. Checkin-in details were never provided for this property despite multiple messages and bizzare/rude phone calls (and abusive voice notes via WhatsApp). How this guy manages apartments across multiple cities is a miracle. No communication in the build...

「I show him the ID student and not accepted and i booked other hotel. Also dose not refund any money for staying. They sell my room to Other customer.」

「The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...
