“Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff”

“The property is clean and well kept. The air conditioning in the lobby and bar/restaurant area was out which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff handling it was very friendly and efficient. The first room we had was clean and comfortable but out TV stopped working and maintenance couldn't get it working so the next day the head maintenance guy still couldn't figure it out so after a little over 2 hours they moved us to an upgraded room which was very nice and everything……

“Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“This place is over rated. Broken door, found dirty clothes from previous guest, terrible smell like if someone vomited and never was cleaned. The sofa bed was dirty, cracks all over and unusable. Terrible experience. We couldn't stay. I talk to the young ladies at reception, they apologized and they said a refund was authorized and to go through Expedia to deal with it. I contacted Expedia and they refused to reimburse the money. We left the hotel about an hour later. I won't trust Expedia……

“I believe that ownership or management has changed hands recently, and the gentleman now running this establishment treats his guests very poorly. He was extraordinarily rude and aggressive, even using foul language. This has been a place that I have stayed many times over the years (even through the renovations and closed pool) but will never stay at again. I will not line the pockets of someone like this. If you can, find somewhere else to stay.”

“No pool , I didn’t have a car to go to sister hotel. No beach umbrella or chairs. But I did relax and enjoyed myself.”

“Right on the beach, pool was a great alternative to the ocean. Room was clean, breakfast was varied and well done. Good location, many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Advertised as pet free. During a couple nights, dogs were barking and keeping me up not to mention I’m allergic highly to animals. Staff was of no help and neither was Expedia would not go again.”

“Although the property needs renovations the place was ok for a weekend Taylor at the front desk was very helpful and kind.”

“Room is huge and for the price u can’t get anything that fits like at least ten people there but it’s not very clean but if I needed a room in another time in a hurry for one night I would stay there again ”
