  • Perfect for those looking for a rural retreat, this detached bungalow is set on a working farm, and even has its own hot tub.. 1 step to entrance.

    All on the Ground Floor:

    Living room: 40" TV, Freesat, DVD Player, Patio Doors Leading To Garden

    Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher

    Utility Room: Washing Machine

    Conservatory.

    Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

    Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

    Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed

    Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet

    Separate Toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. . Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 300-acre grounds (shared with owner). Hot tub for 6 (private). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step to the garden.. This spacious, detached bungalow, accessed by a farm track, is a great size for those larger families, with a large kitchen/dining room, living room and conservatory. Nestled in the countryside just outside Howey, this property, set on a working farm, and is great for those wanting to explore the local area. The garden overlooks the fields of sheep, fabulous in the spring time as all the lambs will be jumping around the fields. The garden is enclosed, perfect for those wanting to bring their four legged friends (please note dogs must be on a lead at all times when walking across the land due to the livestock). There are footpaths running through the farm for guests to explore.

    The property is just 3 miles from Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Showground which hosts many events throughout the year. Visit the lakes in Llandrindod Wells, walk around the park and enjoy the scenery. For those with children, Quackers Play Centre is only a couple of miles from the property, whilst the the National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells is well worth a visit. For those wanting to go further afield, then the Elan Valley is approximately 10 miles away, where there are plenty of walks/cycle trails to explore, along with fabulous dams. There are golf courses in Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells and horse riding is available within 10 miles from the villa. After all that exploring, come back to the property and relax in the hot tub with a glass of something special. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Lovely location and views, so peaceful. Owners really nice and cares about the accommodation very friendly, all kept nice and clean, everything you need. Hot tub lovely such a great view. We would go back only thing is the long farm track okay with our vehicle but small cars need to be careful.

It was wonderful to sit in the hot tub at night looking at the stars with no light pollution- it's amazing how many more we were able to see than in our town! We have already rebooked a return visit. Stayed for the weekend as a group of 4 (2 couples). The only negative I have is that the cottage was hard top find, as the post code given doesn't take you directly to the property, maybe a sign on the road leading to the cottage would make things easier. There were many positives with there being plenty of space at the property, which was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we required. The hot tub was great, lovely and warm with very powerful jets. There were games provided in the cupboard which will keep children (or adults) entertained. The nearest pub / restaurant is a nice 15 min walk from the property,l but taxis are very cheap, to get around. Would definitely stay again, the hosts were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks

The cottage was amazing and we were truly amazed at how well equipped and cleaned it was. We were left with a chocolate box for my birthday from the Villa and that was such an amazing personal touch. I would definitely return and recommend this to others. The location of the Villa is slightly hard to find and no sightseeing places available within reasonable distance. But with their glass conservatory and amazing hot tub, you don't want to leave the Villa or step out at all. It was beautiful and very peaceful, even the little one enjoyed her visit to the owner's kettles and sheep.

The bungalow was great.

The bungalow was great. It was clean & had everything needed for a weekend away. The view from the conservatory (lounge/kitchen) over the hills was lovely. The little touches such as providing washing up liquid/sponge, hand wash, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar, milk were thoughtful & the pack of welsh cakes didn't last long. The hot tub was clean & worked fine with it ready to use on arrival. The weather was awful when we arrived & the owner came out to meet us & had already put the heating on inside the bungalow. They even let us stay longer on the morning we were supposed to be leaving so we could use the hot tub in the morning. Would recommend for a dog friendly rural retreat.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Bryn Villa. The beds were so comfortable and the accommodation was so clean and homely. We were welcomed on arrival and shown where everything was. The hot tub was just wonderful, the view was perfect and we would definitely recommend Bryn Villa for anyone looking for a quiet, secluded break. Highly recommend getting up to watch the sunrise with a nice cup of coffee in the hot tub with the birds tweeting and kites soaring above!

We had a fantastic stay at Bryn Villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Bryn Villa. Our hosts were lovely & helpful and Bryn Villa was equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay and well presented. Numerous little touches made our stay that bit nicer as they showed the owners care about their guests and the property. It was wonderful to be cooking BBQ and watching red kites gliding on the thermals before watching the sunset over the valley in the hot tub. The location is very peaceful with beautiful views within a short drive to well known shops. We would definitely return for another break, and recommend Bryn Villa to anyone looking to relax or explore the area.

A lovely cottage in an idyllic location. Wonderful views from the patio and conservatory of the distant hills. Only a few miles from some good pubs for eating and a 5 minute drive to nearest town with a couple of big supermarkets for those essential supplies. Hot tub relaxing in the evenings and no light pollution so the stars in the night sky can clearly be seen whilst lounging in the hot tub with the obligatory glass of wine! A truly relaxing and very peaceful place to relax.

4 adults spent Friday and Saturday night in this amazing property. We arrived quite late to a lovely welcome from the owner. The bungalow is really spacious with everything we needed, both king size beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Kitchen is well equipped, nice open plan with great dining area. Outside the views are beautiful, especially from the fantastic hot tub. If you like looking at the stars this is a perfect place as there’s no light pollution, we even saw a shooting star!! We were also lucky enough to see a pair of Red kites. Whilst there we popped in to Llandrindod Wells for a bit of shopping from the Tesco superstore(Aldi close too). We also visited the Llanerch Inn which we would highly recommend for a quality meal a very reasonable price. This is in a very quiet and peaceful location but also within 10 minutes of all the amenities you might need. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. We will definitely return.
