「Didn't think much staff were not very helpful l, carpet innthe room was not only dirty but a massive crease running down last the middle, doors kept slamming shut all night which kept me awake. Bed was ok and shops were close by」

「The staff were lovely, they were all so friendly and helpful especially Fay and Callum. The room was nice, had a Mountain View, bathroom had lovely shower, nice fluffy white towels. Everything lovely and clean, plugs by the bed and enough plugs in the room. Window shutters are great. But - there is no on-site parking, it states that there is. Parking is a public road opposite the hotel, free, but it gets very busy. And the restaurant was really noisy when we were there on a weekend. Good food.」

「This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. Google Maps doesn't pin the location precisely, so look for the sign. We also recommend Köz Turkish Restaurant for a fabulous evening meal, Cafe N Joy for a simple...

「Family room didn't match the pictures on the website. The bunk bed was incredibly unstable that we couldn't allow our child or anyone else to sleep up there. I can only presume the hotel are upgrading this room at a later time?. Unfortunately wasn't a pleasant stay due to someone having a domestic argument in the corridor and the condition of the walls meant we heard everything in the corridor and the room next door. Room clearly on the hotels to-do list.」
