"I have mixed feelings on this property. ProsCleanEasy check in/check outDecent bedsConsIt had the absolute bare minimum of everything. Not a single extra blanket or pillow. The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. The water in the shower did not get hot in the morning."

"Rooms were nice and clean, as well as the kitchen. The area is away from things which honestly is peaceful, the neighborhood was a great community with EpiPen walking their pets and such. Definitely more of a chill adult stay! "

"This house was perfect! It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location is great, there are restaurants and grocery store close by. We took advantage of the hot tub and ping pong table which was great entertainment between our family outings. We look forward to staying here again. "

"The house is BEAUTIFUL!! It’s really spacious and was perfect for my family. We had a small gathering with no issues at all. Our host was very welcoming and responded to all questions timely. When we requested additional towels they were sent over the very next day. My family will be reserving for future visits!!"

"I was in lubbuck for my graduation from Texas Tech and booked this home so my whole family could stay together and save some money. This was the perfect example of you get what you pay for. The home was not very clean evidenced by hair on linens, dirt on the floors and we saw a few roaches. The dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were also hit or miss if they were clean. Shower in the "master" also had hair left in it from what appeared to be multiple people. They attempted to give the impression of clean by dousing in the house in fabreeze and the smell of fabric softner to the point it was overwhelming when we first arrived. The beds were all very uncomfortable with very thin and hard mattresses you could feel the frame under you. As if these things were not enough, the porch light didn't work and while getting in was no problem with the door code provided we did have trouble getting it to lock leaving us with some safety concerns. As for the house its self those were our concerns. That being said, when I initally booked I booked for 3 nights and then found out I needed to cancel one night. I messaged the host as soon as I found out and didn't hear back from the host for over two weeks, then even though she agreed to canceling the one night and refunding the amount it was over a month before this change was actually submitted and then originally I was only refunded a partial amount. While she did eventually make this right, the slow responces were less than ideal . "

"The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"
