「Our rooms were not ready when we arrived so we had a beer in the bar. We were tired from hiking and there was no where to stretch out and relax. Room was pretty clean, but it looked like the carpet wasn't vacuumed too well, but was okay.」

「We went on a holiday weekend with family visiting from Philippines. The location was beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The hotel was clean. Staff was attentive. We did not had hot water on our 2nd night, but the staff were quick enough to have it checked first thing in the morning. Hotel has its own charm, which is unique in its own way. This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it. 「Good stop off at end of day one of WHW. Twin bed setup so good for hikers sharing a room. TV didn't work, plug socket was awkward location for kettle. Shared bathroom had limited toilet paper. Evening meal reservation was incorrectly recorded for a different day, but a nearby pub had plenty of space instead. 」
