“Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. ”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! A nice, straightforward, and easy 35 minute walk to the center of Inverness. We had 5 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 2) and there was plenty of space for all of us. It got a bit toasty at times with no AC, but we made it work. The washer/dryer combo took a long time to wash and dry, and we could never figure out how to turn on the hot water to the bathtub (those things were probably on us), but overall was a clean and cozy stay; it was our favorite……

“This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6- 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids. It’s charming and cozy and the perfect home base for adventures in the highlands. One member of our group fell at a restaurant and spent the rest of our stay in a wheelchair. The house is very accessible and Susan was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Welcomed by Keith who talked us through everything in relation to breakfast, our room etc. Everything was perfect. Hubby was happy as coffee machine in our room! Spacious, large en-suite with good shower. Loved the ‘hair straightener’ slate on the dressing table to ensure no burn marks left - I used that. Huge choice for breakfast. Lovely room to eat it in. The property is in a great position. Would definitely recommend & return. ”

“What a lovely location. Perfect spot for the two of us to recharge our batteries doing some local walking and also exploring further afield around Inverness and Loch Ness. Lots to do on a week long stay and on top of that a lovely, clean, fully equipped cottage for us to stay in. We strolled along the beach to Chanonry Point several times Took us about 30 minutes each way, hoping to see the dolphins, without success, although almost everyone we talked to had seen them. It didn’t matter……

“We stayed at the Rose Cottage in July 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gregor answered every question we had in a very timely manner and even gave us a ride to the train station on our last day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. “We had the most stunning holiday at New Brachkashie! From the moment you enter the cottage you feel at home. It’s cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and has the best view from the kitchen table! During our stay we explored Fort Augustus and nearby places but the biggest adventure was on the islands of loch Knockie that we reached by cottage boat! Most incredible memories for our children! “Clava Cottage couldn't be better located! A quick walk to the bridge and you are in the heart of the city and great food. My husband and I, along with our three children (14,12,9) enjoyed our stay in Inverness (3 nights). The flat was a great home base after exploring all day. Great family room for us all to eat together and enjoy a movie! Two bathrooms and ample space for the kids (they stayed upstairs). It was nothing fancy but just what we needed. Gregor left some essentials in the kitchen……

"一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！ 此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！ 說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。 這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。 這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
