"I needed a hotel, near LAX, for the last night of my trip to LA. I was pleasantly surprised with this Hilton. The staff were pleasant, the room was spacious & very clean. I arrived exhausted, at the end of a very busy trip, and this hotel really provided a comfortable environment. Highly recommended…"

"We experienced several issues during our stay. The WiFi did not work on the TV, which was inconvenient. The hallway trash was overflowing for 3 days before changing!We were also informed that housekeeping services would only be available after the third day of our stay. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday, so by Saturday we had already met that requirement. However, when we requested cleaning service on Saturday, we were refused and told we had not stayed long enough, which was incorrect. Additionally, we were not provided with fresh towels during our stay and were expected to use the same four towels for five days, which is not acceptable. Overall, this experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and we would appreciate this being addressed."

"The only floor newly renovated is the 8th floor, all other rooms are not updated. There were plumbing issues as well, they moved us to another room, but it was still not much better. Locals informed us that this hotel is mainly used by the surgical centers to send patients for recovering, We do not recommend this hotel"

"Not the cleanest property. Renovations average. Poor staffing on the front of the house (front desk) Parking expensive for an open parking lot 1/2 a block away from property. Absolutely disappointed in the Marriott name "
